I can’t believe we’re at the end of the year already! I’ll be making my traditional banana cream pie and watching the ball drop with my family:)
But before I look ahead to the New Year, I like to look back and reflect on the current one that is about to end. I like to see what I accomplished, how many goals were met and just reflect on how I learned and grew.
It’s also a nice time to go back through your photos through the year and see all the memories made and things you’ve done.
I also like to look through the Best Sellers and Reader Favorites to see what content I’ve shared this year that you liked best!

Button Down Shirt
I purchased this button down shirt during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It is so soft and I thought the colors were very pretty, though it comes in several others too. The material is perfect for wearing through all the seasons! You guys loved this one as much as I did!
And if you aren’t looking for a splurge button down, this one from Target looks similar.
Faux Leather Leggings
Faux leather leggings from SPANX usually top the list of best sellers, and with good reason! They are a true closet staple and go with endless outfits. SPANX offers free shipping + returns for most items which also makes trying them out very convenient.
Round Neck Tee
This round neck tee is also a ‘year round’ tee. I love wearing it by itself in the summer, and layering it with cardigans, jackets and sweaters in the Spring, Fall and Winter. It fits true to size and comes in lots of colors. It’s been one of the best sellers this year; I’ve loved it so much I have in 3 colors and wouldn’t mind adding several more!
Mules
Another one of my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale purchases this past year – these Finn chain pointed toe mules are so stylish! They come in several colors and I love them! They’re very comfortable and go with anything from jeans to jean shorts and also look great with leggings. I’m in between sizes and went with the next 1/2 size up – and they fit perfectly.
Plaid Flannel
Plaid flannels are cozy and festive in the Fall and Winter Seasons. This plaid flannel has been popular several years in a row and comes in lots of colors. This one is also another good pick from the same store. There are so many ways to wear your flannel shirts – here are 5 ways you can start wearing them today!
Set of Bins
When I organized my pantry this year, I got almost everything from Amazon! This set of 3 stackable bins has been not only been nice to look at, they’ve been very functional too.
Marc Fischer Booties
The Marc Fischer booties from last year (pictured above) were a best seller, and this year’s version has been just as popular. They are made so well and look very flattering with jeans, leggings, skirts etc. The block heel also makes them comfortable to wear.
Kids Table & Chair Set
This kids table & chair set has been one of our favorite playroom additions. We bought our first set over a year ago, and added a second one this year. The chairs are just the right size so you can use for years as your kids grow. The set is also super easy to assemble, with no tools needed.
Ari Heart Necklace
Kendra Scott jewelry is so pretty and feminine. I have many pieces from there, but this Ari heart necklace is a favorite because it was given to me by my family for Mother’s Day. It comes in lots of colors and several necklace lengths.
Rug Set
This rug set from Amazon is inexpensive and modern. It comes with two rugs (different sizes). You can also buy each size separately.
2 Piece Workout Set
I got this pretty workout set last spring and love this color. The set comes in a bunch of colors and is true to size.
Polka Dot Bathing Suit
This polka dot bathing suit is a big favorite among readers! I love the style, the print and the fit of this suit! I sized up one size in this style. It comes in a bunch of colors, has adjustable straps and ties in the front.
Barefoot Dreams Cardigan
I can’t say enough about this cardigan! It is incredibly soft and one I reach for the most. It’s been a reader favorite and one of the best selling items this year! The cardigan can be dressed up or down, is true to size and comes in a bunch of colors. It makes a great piece to wear while traveling and is also an awesome mother/mother-in-law gift.
